Hangtag Thickness
Coated Paper (Copperplate Paper): the most common and cost-effective material used in the market. The difference lies in the weight, which comes in 300g, 450g, and 800g options.
300g: Similar to the thickness of a standard business card, relatively thin.
800g: The thickness is close to that of a credit card.
Recommendation: 450g offers a medium thickness, providing a balanced feel without being too flimsy.
Eggshell Texture: a textured version of coated paper. The price is slightly higher than regular coated paper but not by much, 300g-800g recommended.
Rice Scent Card: This material feels thicker than others and has a better texture to the touch, 300g-800g recommended.
Kraft Paper:
It is generally suitable for single-color or less colorful hangtags and works well when paired with other materials as a two-layer set, 300g-800g recommended.
Black Cardboard:
This material is typically used for printing in white only, 300g-800g recommended.
